Refund Policy

Refund policy for LINÉPOQUE digital LMS access, subscriptions, modular courses, certification access, and studio-linked services.

Payment Provider

LINÉPOQUE payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, billing support, subscription cancellation support, and refund requests for purchases made through Paddle checkout.

Refund Window

  • Refund requests must be submitted through Paddle within 14 days of the transaction date.
  • If applicable consumer law provides a mandatory withdrawal or refund right, that right applies.
  • If Paddle approves a refund, access to the relevant LINÉPOQUE product or subscription will cease.

How To Request A Refund

To request a refund, use the support or manage subscription link in your Paddle receipt, use the billing support link inside your LINÉPOQUE account where available, or visit paddle.net and select the refund support option.

Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Paddle or applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a previous transaction; refund requests must follow the 14-day refund request window above.
